Jill Cohn Hall, Hospital Manager
Jill was born and raised in Connecticut and moved to Colorado in 2000 to attend Bel-Rea Institute for Animal Technology where she graduated in 2002. Jill became a C.V.T. in 2003. She then attended Metro State College and worked as a C.V.T. in the Denver metro area. In 2006 Jill started working at Frisco Animal Hospital and feels very lucky to work with such an amazing team. Jill is passionate about constantly improving patient care so that Frisco Animal Hospital can continue to be on the for-front of Veterinary medicine. Jill lives in Leadville, with her husband Jason and their dog Casey Jones. She loves to hike, bike, cross-country ski, see live music and travel when she can.
Michelle Kovacek, C.V.T.
Michelle was born and raised in Georgia and moved to Denver in 2008 to attend Bel-Rea Institute for Animal Technology where she graduated in 2010. Michelle became a C.V.T. in June of 2010. Michelle joined the team at Frisco Animal Hospital in August of 2010 when she relocated to Summit County. Living in Frisco with her Golden Retriever, Lacey they enjoy the outdoors. Her passions in Veterinary medicine include emergency, critical care and nutrition. Michelle is here to help with any questions or concerns you have with your pet's diet.
Erin Dayton, C.V.T.
Erin Woodward was born and raised in North Carolina, was homeschooled throughout middle and high school, and lived on a boat with her family until she was 17. Erin moved to Breckenridge in 2001 from the Florida Keys to learn how to snowboard. After a few seasons, she got tired of snowboarding and instead started cross country skiing with her dogs. In 2009, Erin decided she was done with the seasonal life and enrolled in school at Bel-Rea, a Veterinary Technician school down in Denver, CO. While she was in school, she enjoyed volunteering here at Frisco Animal Hospital, and is now thrilled to be a part of the team. She expects to receive her C.V.T. in July 2011. Erin is living in Breckenridge with her husband and their 2 dogs, Boscoe and Remi. She enjoys hiking, camping, dirt biking, fishing, and dog sledding in her spare time. As a Technician she enjoys running anesthesia, performing dental prophylaxis, and lab work.
Hayley Wolach, Veterinary Assistant
Hayley is a true Colorado native, living in Frisco. She joined the team at Frisco Animal Hospital in July 2007. Her tremendous love for animals drove her to seek a job at Frisco Animal Hospital. Hayley started as a kennel assistant when she was in high school. Hayley graduated Summit High School early and began training as a Veterinary assistant prior to going to college. She is now working on a degree in Biology with an emphasis in Pre-Med. Hayley really enjoys radiology, also working with clients and patients during appointments. "Wags 2 Whiskers" is Hayley's pet sitting business. She would love to help when you go out of town! Hayley loves to play Hockey and go to concerts she can't wait until a new lab puppy comes into her life.
Shawna Castillo, Veterinary Assistant
Shawna was born and raised in southwest Iowa. She’s had a love for animals and an interest in veterinary medicine since her childhood. She attended Kansas State University and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences and Industry, as well as a B.S. in Agricultural Communications and Journalism. After little deliberation, Shawna decided to follow her dreams and move to Summit County. She joined the Frisco Animal Hospital team in January 2011 and hopes to attend veterinary school in a few years. She lives in Silverthorne with her dog (Myra) and cat (Sonic) and enjoys hiking, snowboarding, biking and live music in her spare time.
